The week in numbers

  • 1,688 lots offered, 148 more than the week before.
  • A median guide of £124,000, £16,000 lower than the week before.
  • 39% of guided lots were under £100,000, against 35% the week before.
  • 44% were guided £100,000 to under £250,000 and 15% £250,000 to under £500,000, against 43% and 18% the week before.
  • 50 lots were guided £500,000 or more, and 5 of them £1,000,000 or more, against 8 at £1,000,000 or more the week before.

Wednesday 14 October came next with 398 lots, with Auction House listing 81 and Under The Hammer 52.
